Delete your account

We’re sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your SleepOS account and the data associated with it. SleepOS is published by xCube Labs.

To request deletion, email us from the address (or phone number) linked to your account with the subject “Delete my SleepOS account.”

This action cannot be undone.

How to request account deletion

Email superapp@xcubelabs.com from the email address associated with your SleepOS account (or include the phone number you signed in with), using the subject line “Delete my SleepOS account.”

We verify that the request comes from the account owner and then permanently delete the account and its associated data within 30 days. We’ll email you to confirm once it’s done.

Clearing data yourself in the app

You can also clear your sleep history at any time without contacting us: open SleepOS → Profile → Privacy & Data → Reset My Data. This clears your sleep history, journals and habits on your device and on your account, but keeps your profile and sign-in. To remove the entire account, use the email request above.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (Google / Apple / phone number)
Your profile — age, sleep goals, preferences and onboarding answers
Sleep sessions, sleep scores, morning journals, habits and wind-down history
Luna voice-coach usage records and any remaining credits
Wearable / health data that was imported into SleepOS

Health data read from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) lives in those systems, which you control separately in your device settings. Deleting your SleepOS account removes only SleepOS’s copy.

What may be kept, and for how long

Purchase and transaction records that we are required to retain for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons — kept only as required by law and not used to identify you for any other purpose.
Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
