Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use SleepOS only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the app except as permitted by law.
• Use the service in a way that infringes others’ rights or violates any applicable law.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service (see our Privacy Policy on children’s privacy). Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions & billing

SleepOS offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Premium unlocks additional features, and some features use credits. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

Auto-renewal

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method on file with Google Play or the Apple App Store is charged the then-current price.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and refunds for store purchases are handled under the applicable store’s policies.

Credits

Credits power Luna voice conversations and advanced guidance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices or credit pricing. If a change affects a subscription you already hold, we’ll give notice as required by the app stores and applicable law, and price changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Health disclaimer

SleepOS supports healthy sleep habits and general well-being. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. SleepOS is not a substitute for professional care. For sleep problems that affect your health, please consult a qualified professional. Don’t rely on the app in situations where inaccurate data or a missed alarm could result in harm.

5. Intellectual property

SleepOS, including its content, design, Luna and branding, is owned by xCube Labs and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Content you create in the app (such as journals) remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sleep data or scores will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xCube Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) SleepOS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using SleepOS at any time and delete your account (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
